The Ministry

The MinistryThe Minister at Upper Chapel is fully committed to the Chapel and the Congregation, delivering spiritually uplifting, thought provoking and imaginative services to a congregation of around 50 committed Unitarians. There are 11 Chapel Trustees who are responsible for the maintenance of the property and the employment of the Minister and other staff. The eight members of the Congregational Committee, which includes four Trustees, are responsible for the day to day operation of congregational life, including assisting the Minister in planning of worship services.

Members of the congregation support the organisation and stewarding of events and the Chapel benefits from their skills – for example, in catering, weekly flower arrangements and specialist knowledge.
